❓ Do I need a licence to use these radios in the UK?
Yes. To transmit, you need a valid UK Amateur Radio (Ham) Licence or a Business Radio Licence (Simple UK Light or Technically Assigned). It is illegal to use these on license-free PMR446 channels.

❓ Can I mix colors in a bundle?
Currently, our multi-packs are sold as single-color sets (e.g., 10x Black or 10x Yellow). Please check the "Color" variation selector above.
❓ How do I program multiple radios quickly?
The Bluetooth OLA App allows you to program one "Master" radio and then use the app or the "Wireless Copy" feature to clone settings to the other radios in minutes.
For PC users, you can use CHIRP Software or Baofeng CPS to create a template and flash it to all units via cable. Note: PC programming requires the Official Baofeng Programming Cable (sold separately).

Absolutely brilliant little radio seems to be putting out as nr to 5 watts as stated the only downfall was no instruction manual with it

Good radio, not convinced about having 2 PTT's though
I like the radio, but am not a great supported of the dual PTT buttons. Also the supplied aerial isn't as long as with the UV5R and in my opinion may be a little bit less regards performance. Great colour screen though and easy to program. USB-C charging works very well too.

I cannot do the review justice in this short reply; it's awesome. However, you should check YouTube for excellent videos and explanations on how to set up and use the Baofeng 5R Mini properly. The easiest way to add channels is by using CHIRP. YouTube also has great resources on how effective it is.
